In the course of the construction of this page, I have wondered about just how to create it so that it serves people like you the best. To you it may seem silly. But I believe, if you read on, you might learn something, and if you give me feedback, so will I! The bottom line of what I want is this:

As you will see if you look under about COLLABORATIVE Systems, we are a collection of small consulting firms selling our personal services. Unfortnuately, none of us has much time to sell. Like my partners, I can only handle a few clients at a time. My wish is to influence more people than I can personally serve. So I have a dilemma. I don't think I have any unique answers as to how to do this. What I do have is the wisdom I have collected over the years from a variety of sources. This is what I wish to share. And it is through the technology of the web that I can do just that. I want to serve you, the reader, entrepreneur, small business owner, large corporation as you use technology and as you improve your business.
First of all, I am an old computer programmer who was fortunate enough early in my career to learn that most automation problems start with people and not with the technology.
Secondly, after many years of trying to learn why we do dumb things, I learned that it was not the individuals that were the problem, but the system that they were part of that is most causal. Each of us is a part of a larger system of people. We relate to the system, and act and react for many reasons. There are many resources available to HELP YOU without having to make this a "big problem." That is why this page is here.
Each subject begins with what I believe is important and moves to resources that you may find helpful in this area. I will continue to add to these resources as I find them on the web or have the time and permission to scan and load them.
