COLLABORATIVE Systems is in business to help people and organizations utilize technology more effectively. We prefer to take a people approach to this total systems problem.  JAD, Joint Application Design (and we prefer Development) is a process that utilizes our combined technical and human resource skills.
Most of our work so far has been with information publishing and systems organizations. We have in-depth information systems development experience and do what ever (within reason) is necessary to be helpful to our customers. We write applications programs and develop systems in a variety of computer hardware environments.
We subscribe to the Quality philosophy of Dr. W. Edwards Deming and attempt to apply these theories to our own consulting practice as well as to the work we do for our customers.
We value feedback as a way of continuing to improve our performance.
